A Prayer for All

We are living in times of broken connections and interactions with the “natural

world” and with our fellow humans. Meditative prayer is a way for us to calm

our hearts and minds to hear God’s wisdom and guidance. With that in mind,

here is a prayer composed by Nancy Hanson, Chair of the Trinity

Environmental Stewardship Team.

Earth Steward Action: Pray for healing of our broken connections.

Prayer For All

O Great Love,

in whose Imagination all has its being—

all glory is yours;

all thanks and praise be yours always.

Your Will be done—

in, by, to, for, and through all.

May the needs of all be fulfilled

by your bountiful Grace,

shared in justice

among all.

May all repent of all wrong

and all wrong be replaced by your Good.

May all be guided by your Wisdom in all things,

that no choice or chance

bring harm or evil.

And so may your Harmony, Justice, and Mercy prevail

in all things,

and in all ways,

for all,

always.

All glory is yours;

all thanks and praise be yours always,

O Great Love!
