ADULT EDUCATION

The Adult classes are on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. There are various classes for all different styles.

Adult Forum class topics change from week to week and the atmosphere is relaxed. The ideas for the topics often come from parishioners and are of interest to many people. The class meets in the Parish Hall.

Scriptures-In Depth This is a class that takes an in depth look at the Bible. Time is spent delving into the Bible and its history. This class meets in the lower level.

OTHER ADULT EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES

Christian Classics
The Christian Classics group has been an important part of the Adult Education program at Trinity for more than ten years. They meet every other Wednesday to read and discuss significant texts in the history of the Church. Christian Classics provides opportunities for exploring development of Christian thought, for fellowship, intellectual stimulation and spiritual growth. The group welcomes everyone to read and discuss these great Christian thinkers with us.

Education for Ministry
The EFM Program at Trinity is a four-year program administered through the School of Theology at the University of the South, Sewanee, TN. There are over 8,000 students in EFM programs in 14 countries. The course of study leads the student through the Hebrew Scriptures of the Old Testament, the New Testament, 2000 years of church history, and the development of theological concepts, thoughts and ideas. Enrollment is open to all persons willing to commit one year at a time to this college level study program. The cost is $325 per year.
